My Bio

I grew up on Cape Ann and was fortunate, with the help of my wife Carroll, headteacher at Tara Montessori School in Manchester-by-the-Sea, to have raised two children in this beautiful area.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent, working with Coldwell Banker Realty in Manchester and a Property Manager, responsible for a number of commercial and residential properties on Cape Ann. My area of knowledge and expertise falls within the Greater Cape Ann, including Essex, Rockport, Gloucester, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Danvers, and Beverly.

Having lived in Manchester, and now Essex, MA, I feel a strong obligation to give back to the local community. In addition to being a long-time member of The Manchester Club and an active Freemason serving the Manchester Lodge, I am a past member of Manchester’s Downtown Improvement Committee, and I sit on the Board of Directors of both The North Shore Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, and served as the 2025 President of the Chamber Board. I have also served as a member of the Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals and Manchester’s 375th Anniversary Committee.

In addition to a Massachusetts Real Estate license, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, an MBA from Bentley University, and am a graduate of the Northern Essex Community College Home Inspection program.

Prior to becoming a Realtor^®, I was employed as a Technical Product Marketing Manager, at which time I traveled throughout Asia, Europe, and across the United States. This experience has given me a unique business perspective in establishing trust and openness with the goal of achieving desired results through creative solutions, honest negotiations, and practicing the highest level of ethics.
